
Life is not always easy to handle difficulties we face, this makes our living harsh & sometimes we feel that life is full of sorrows and pain. Yep it maybe but if you focus on positive side then you able to understand it is also full of happiness and joy. As coin has two sides head & tale, same way life also comes with two sides happiness and sorrows.
We never understand what is sorrows or pain until we faced it and so when we get happiness we enjoy it and feel happy. It’s a process of life that make us understand the way to live. if all get happiness and joy then we not able to feel what is sorrow, and also not care for others because the person get joy always not able to understand the feeling of sadness so this very important part of life that we enjoy each and every circumstances whether they are joy or sorrow.
In life we always think about our future and this leads us in another way, it’s good to think of your future and make plans but don’;t forgot to live in present and enjoy it fully. We haven’t seen future nor we know what it brings to us so why wasting time rather enjoy present.

But we have to always remember that not only mind but also our body and soul need our support. So it’s up to you to mnake decision who controls your mind controls you or you control your mind. If we control our mind then all things works on the right path.
3). Breathe & Live Freely
In life for just few minutes take a rest and feel your breathe in this process you will understand that some process you are doing and some process done by your breathe. Means that sometimes you controlling it and sometimes it controlling you. Now this leads to reality of the nature and you able to control your mind and this help you in your projects and decision making.
4). Meditation
Meditation is a perfect way to relax your mind. You can choose any meditation type like listening music, yoga and more etc..This also help you to regain your attention towards your projects so you can focus on things what really matters. Mind feel fresh and energetic.
5). Test your Skills
Thoughts you get from your past or maybe it for future try to implement it and use it wisely. Always try to think which help us or gives us happiness, and try to avoid any negative thoughts which gives you sorrow or pain. By doing this you will able to make your life more awesome.
